RFC 208789: SailPoint will have reduced performance during maintenance. Direct impact: SailPoint will be down for a few minutes while deploying changes to the servers and SailPoint users will not be able to access the service at this time. Also, during the deployment, Self Service features like password updates will not work while servers are down. ITS will be updating SailPoint during this time. The carrier has confirmed that this is down due to a fiber cut, they anticipate that service will be restored by 8pm CT.
