Monitoring - All network connectivity has been restored. Network engineers will continue to monitor any any reoccurrence or any lingering issues.

Identified - Vendors have confirmed fiber cuts west of Lincoln and are taking steps to restore connectivity on affected circuits.

Great Plains Communications network connectivity under investigation
Resolved - All systems are operating normally. This issue is resolved.

Monitoring - Great Plains Communications replaced equipment and services were restored at approximately 3:00PM CT. All issues appear to have subsided, and all systems are performing as expected. We're continuing to monitor for any reoccurring problems.

Update - Great Plains Communications has reported that their technicians will be on site with spare equipment at 2:15PM CT.
