Resolved - Windstream identified a burst of errors between Des Moines and Chicago that caused the bouncing. The circuit has been clean since 12:16 PM CT today.

Allo Outage in Lincoln
Resolved - Allo rebooted their NID to restore the outage. This had the effect of expanding the outage and dropping a connection to Doane in Crete.
