Backbone connection between Grand Island and Kearney bounced

Between 3:20 and 3:25pm CST today the backbone connection from Grand Island to Kearney bounced. Traffic automatically re-routed across redundant links, but end users may have seen an impact depending on use. The carrier that provides this link was working on other circuits adjacent to ours on the east side of Kearney and they suspect ours was accidentally bumped.
