RFC-10080: Port Capacity in Lincoln will have reduced performance during maintenance. Direct impact: This is expected to briefly interrupt services to Doane University and ESU09 - Adams Central Public Schools as connections are groomed. ITS will be adding additional modules to the Lincoln router during this time.
