RFC-10081: Port Capacity Augmentation in Grand Island will have reduced performance during maintenance. Direct impact: Sidney High Plains Ag Lab (HPAL), Sidney, Ord, Lexington County, Hall County Extension offices, Doane University, and ESU09 Grand Island firewall are expected to be briefly impacted.
